What’s Your Why?

Thank you so much for this honor. My WHY is to continue to workout out not only for myself but for my family. I want to live a long and healthy life so I can be part of my children’s futures and to see my children become parents. Working out is also important to me for the stress release and mental clarity it provides. I feel so accomplished when I achieve the fitness goals that I set for myself. I hope that my actions inspire others to realize how important self-care is. It’s also just a lot of FUN! I love the events put on by WHY Racing and for 2021, I am working towards being able to run my first 10K!
